Heh, this is why I currently use a laptop... And it has a keyboard included!

I've tried using a laptop at the table and it's just not workable for me. Part of this is that I despise Windows to the very core of my being and so only have a basic level of familiarity with it (through Boot Camp) but the other part is that it's just too large and clumsy at the table. Even a laptop with a touch interface wouldn't be as good.

I could handle the iPad being a bit bigger but really it's the touch interface and one plane rather than two that sells it for me.

Thats why I can remote into my computer from my Ipad.

In the tablet thread I've mentioned looking at getting the HP tablet that is coming out, but I also saw they have a touchscreen PC too. For those that can't get over windows it doesn't solve anything, but for those of us that can it seems like a good option for having as a main centralized PC.
