Here are some character ideas I had rolling around the old noggin! Perhaps they will be useful to Doctor Who players and/or GMs.
1. River Song's graduate teaching assistant.
2. a former cyberman (or cyberwoman) who has been had upgrades removed and is rediscovering their humanity.
3. a thief working for the Meddling Monk
4. someone who was experimented on by the Rani
5. someone splintered in time who is only really stable in a TARDIS
6. a crewperson off the USS Eldridge, the destroyer from the Philadelphia Eperiment
7. one of the pilots from Flight 19, of Bermuda Triangle fame
8. an alien astronaut lost in his/her planet's first hyperdrive test
9. a guerilla fighter from the alternate future Earth of Day of the Daleks
10. a non-timelord Gallifreyan
