Trey Doyle Kick-ass janitor [imagel]http://homepage.usask.ca/~rad764/pbp/janitor-77x100.jpg[/imagel] Trey has been following the work of Dr. Matthew Watson, an archaeologist who died in the early 40s, for the past couple of years. It seems as though late in his life, Watson fell into relative obscurity - out of a successful career in the public eye of the archaelogical world. A copy of a letter Trey managed to track down, written by one of Watson's former colleagues, said that he "ultimately died too early in his life, and penniless, having descended into folly chasing after closeted demons that apparently haunted him these last ten years. A shame, really." Trey has always been unsure of why Watson's case fascinates him so, but he has always had a taste for the unusual. What his parents and teachers called "the over-active imagination of a child, extended too far into adolescence" landed Trey more often than not in the role of an outcast. As a result, his passtimes became comprised of many solitary, do-it-yourself style activities, most notably a love of metalworking (a hobby thankfully facilitated by the generous people of the SCA). Finding it difficult to remain idle for long, Trey dropped out of high school and took to exploring and investigating for himself anything and everything out of the ordinary he caught wind of (your standard UFO, haunted house, virgin-Mary's-on-my-toast, etc. hunter). After obtaining his trucker's license Trey expanded his ability to go out and experience the world by taking on a job with a small private shipping company. However, Trey was frequently not running on schedule due to his personal side-treks to local libraries and random rumours of phenomenon, and was consequently fired a year and a half later. His employment history as a whole has been a similar story. Lately, he has been putting down roots in Philadelphia, working as a custodian at various institutions, including the University of Philadelphia (where he sometimes sits in on classes during his shifts) and also occaisonal night shifts at the Psychiatric Crisis Center.
