[QUOTE="GreyLord, post: 5372790, member: 4348"] Yes, this is true. I put the 2 Rituals at Rank S specifically because I figured if they use the standard point buy and put the 8 in Constitution...theoretically the Wizard would become first level at Rank T. This gives them the time to get a few Rituals before they Level Up (of course they would get all the class abilities when they get first level anyways). The biggest thing I did with Wizards and spellcasters in mind were the Ch, Sh, and Th levels. With Barbarians, Fighters, Wizards, and Spellcasters, these were pretty important in my mind. If a Wizard decides to put a 17 in Cons (a PRETTY BIG sacrifice in that means they have a LOWER score, probably in something more relavant to being a Wizard) they get the big Combat Bonus. This can give them a martial bonus that other's won't get as Wizards (inclusive of their choice of weapons, armor, bonuses in combat). On the otherhand, because Wizards could possibly have been first level already, and even edging onto 3rd level by the time a Fighter who has a high constitution (or other class with High Cons) even gets close to becoming 1st level, they also get these bonuses that should help them to be rewarded for having waited so long. (that +1 being put there specifically to balance out the bonus that a 3ed level character has over a 1st level character in bonuses to hit...all other abilities were built off of trying to have them balanced off that +1 to hit and defenses that the higher level character gets).
