I will see ANY movie directed by Tim Burton that also has Danny Elfman's musical touch. Johnny Depp was born to play weird roles, so this one looks like a must-see film.

Pretty much my reaction.

It looks like the outfit is from the WonkaVision (tm) room so I doubt it's their standard uniform. However that strongly implies that the Ooompa Loompa's are just going to be little people without makeup this time around.

Why couldn't they just go with the author's original vision of Oompa Loompa's:

Now if that doesn't deserve an "oh dear" I don't know what does.
