Dollar stores, toy stores, garage sales, Goodwill, commons bought off kids who played Mage Knight, Heroclix, Dreamblade at the FLGS.
Auggies is pretty darn cheap for Star wars, DDM and Clix single figs. His shipping is a flat $3.50.
http://stores.ebay.com/Empire-Games-and-Collectibles His shipping is a litttle worse, starting at $2.50, but adding $0.25 for each figure won after the first. He only has dreamblade, but a good amount of big figs to be found at 26 to 36 cents a pop
