Maxing out listen and spot (and swim) as a troll, and taking the other skills as cross-class, we can get:</p><p></p><p>Skills: (From 1/2 dragon/scrag) Listen (rank 9), Spot (Rank 9), Search (Rank 3), Sense Motive (Rank 2.5), Appraise (Rank 4), Balance (Rank 1), Swim (Rank 9), (From bbn) Listen (rank 2), Spot (rank 2), Search (rank 3),.</p><p></p><p>For a total of Listen +12, Spot +12, Search +6, Sense Motive +3, Appraise +4, Balance +1, Swim +19. (Of course, you can shuffle that around a bit)</p><p></p><p>You may want to give scrags a bonus to swimming, though I'm not sure that swimming monsters need to make swimming checks.</p><p></p><p>The half-dragon should have 2 feats as a half dragon. Now this is wher it gets tricky... do you give out feats at 1/3 levels total? Well, let's start the guy out fresh at 1st level, so he gets 2 more feats.
