COMBAT
A Chlorine dragons physical attacks are somewhat limited; Its whale like fin claws are unwieldy above water, its wings are not as effective as other dragons being only able to fly short distances before needing to submerge again. it does however retain the use of its tail slap attacks in addition to the slam attacks of its claws. Also their paddle like claws do claw damage as if the dragon where one size category larger than its actual size. Lastly due to its baleen mouth its bite damage is of one size category than its actual size.
Breath Weapon (Su): A Chlorine dragon has two breath weapons, a line of steam that continues to do damage for two rounds ( half damage on the second round), or a Cone of Chlorination. Creatures within the later must succeed at a fortitude save or take 1 point of temporary Charisma drain per age category of the dragon due to the cancerous lesions that sprout out on the victims exposed body
Water Breathing (Ex): The dragon can breathe underwater indefinitely and can freely use its breath weapon, spells, and other abilities while submerged
Purify Water (Sp): Once per day the Chlorine dragon can cleanse 10 cubic feet of water, making it become fresh, clear, and able to support animal life. The ability cleanses liquids containing water. Magic items (such as potions) and items in a creature’s possession must succeed at a Will save (DC equal to that of the dragon’s frightful presence) or become cleansed.
Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, the Chlorine dragon must hit with its bite attack. If it gets a hold, it can swallow whole up to two creatures two size categories lower than it.
Swallow whole (Ex): On a successful grab a Chlorine dragon can swallow a creature of one size smaller than itself or two of two sizes smaller than itself creatures that are swallowed whole are bathed in the digestive acids of the Chlorine dragons stomach and take 1d8 damage for the first round, and every round they remain within the dragons gullet. In addition if a character remains inside the dragon for more than three rounds and fail their fortitude saves, they begin to break out in cancerous lesions that deal 1 point of permanent charisma drain per age category of the dragon. The gullet has is AC 16, and dealing 25 hit points of damage opens a whole big enough for a medium sized creature to escape. Once the creature exists the gullet through such a portal muscular action closes the whole. If the Chlorine dragon swallows another opponent, that creature must cut its own way out.
Immunities : Chlorine dragons are immune to all diseases, poisons, and electricty damage. In addition they are immune to magical sleep spells, and enchantments.
Spell-Like Abilities: At will: speak with animals; 3/day-create food and water, polymorph self, fog cloud, detect thoughts, control water; 1/day-control weather. A chlorine dragon’s polymorph self ability works just like the spell, except that each use allows only one change, which lasts until the dragon assumes another form or reverts to its own (which does not count as a use of this ability).
