The cost of the ingredients, packaging, travel, your time, etc. divided by each unit you're selling. To that, add whatever you're comfortable making as profit. Business 101!

$1 a die and 5$ for 7 sounds perfect for me. I would buy at least 4 sets a year if I saw you selling them at that price at a con.

And having the 1s side say "Eat me" is a great idea.
