Choose your boss monsters

A quiz for you. As far as we know, most monsters in MM will be designed so they work best when encountered in groups, but some will be a "boss" monsters. Boss monsters, such as ancient red dragon, will be made so they are appropriate to be fought alone. Now my question is: which of MM monsters would you like to be the "bosses"?

Everyone take 5 picks. I will compile answers to a statistic.

My choices are: tarrasque, dragons, beholder, couatl, titan. Those guys should be a fun encounter without any minions or allies.

The last 2, I'm not sure if I would see them with "minions"

Genies (they work better as all-powerful types rather than as a team-player or mastermind)

Powerful Giants (like the Death Giant)

Human Dark-lord type BBEGs (not handled well in 3E, lets hope done well in 4E)
