He lost to Rampage in a fight before he fought Silva. I'm pretty sure he was just cycling off the roods. He also took Silva down the first round and kept him there for a while. Unfortunately for Henderson, he doesn't have good jitsu. It would have helped him submit Silva, or at least defend submissions. The second round started off in a similar manner, but Silva mounted Henderson, got a body lock, and got in a choke to finish it off.</blockquote>
