Christmas Huzzah!

Still being a kid I get the joy of heaps of presents at christmas, but i have enough dice, I was thinking of getting some 3.5 books, maybe underdark or a Salvator novel; but they're all books. I have some things on the list like a moving ferret on a ball for my cat, and some long sleeved shirts, but thats quite pathetic. Does anyone have any ideas about what I can ask for?

No! Christmas is taking over, it is running amok, it is the Monty Haul of the year, it is the growing capitalist monster! At one time you did not think about it until after you ate your turkey, then it expanded beyond that and overcame the the orange and black of trick or treat with its red and green! It is now creeping on to the beaches of Labor Day.

Chritmas?!? It's only October 2nd? I've got to agree with HoE on this, its too early.

But, if you MUST start thinking now about your gifts, try the game Apples to Apples. Its a great game for when you've got a few friends over, or for playing with the family. I just got it for my fiance (who is not a gamer) and she loves it.

In a local Menards hardware store I saw the Christmas display being put on on SEPTEMBER SECOND

For gift ideas - Never ask for cash, it isn't charity, it is supposed to be a gift from the heart.

Anyway, art supplies for whatever arts or crafts are always good.

I think cash for a specific purpose is ok. Like if it was cash for a gaming convention, because essentially , the gift giver is sending you to the con.
I'm going to Disneyworld in February and this year, the only gift MojoGM & I are giving each other is on Christmas Eve, we're going to the Disney Store and we're going to buy each others DisneyWorld ticket.


9/02 is pretty early but my mom starts asking the entire family for detailed Xmas lists in August.
