Circle Casting is gonna break a lot of games

Or Conjure Animals, Fear and Hypnotic Pattern, instead?</p><p></p><p>I also think I would not allow spontaneous no prep circle casting unless they had planned and rehearsed it beforehand. </p><p>I am not saying it is not powerful but there I think that there are individual spells more powerful with less effort and am reluctant to condemn it outright.</p></blockquote><p></p>
