So enjoy da fruits ah tis here city,” </span> the guard says in a thick accent.</p><p></p><p>You all as you enter the city and go about your business as you said you would. You are all given a nights stay in the Laughing Mug Inn, for free none of you can argue with your stay. As each of you wake up and make your way to the gates to leave you are asked for your passports. The two guards on the ground look at each other when each of you arrives. </p><p><span style="color: Blue">“We actually have been asked to send you to the Captain. We know you are going to trying to fill the opening in Balstion. The Captain actually needs your help, we have been instructed to not let you pass until you have spoken with him.”</span></p><p></p><p>As you slowly file in you notice that the Captain, sitting behind his desk in a very formal office, is continually counting how many of you there are. When all eight of you arrive the Captain gets out of his seat and moves around to the front of his desk and leans against the desk. He seems exhausted. </p><p><span style="color: Blue">“I am Captain Price,”</span> in a low very gruff voice the Captain starts to slowly tell you his story, <span style="color: Blue">“Three days ago we had a murder. A wealthy noble was killed in his home. Now you are probably wondering why I asked you to come here. The man was not well liked in this city to the point that his wife believes that we,”</span> he motions to himself, <span style="color: Blue">“killed him. What I want you to do is find out and, if you can, capture this murderer. You will have full access to my personnel, but limit their use or the wife will think you were in league with us,” </span> as he says the last part he rolls his eyes.</p><p>The Captain then continues, “<span style="color: Blue">The family is offering a 4000gp reward for solving this murder, I am offering a little less. I am offering a letter of recommendation for the city of Balstion job that is being offered. Since the man hiring is my sister’s husband my recommendation might hold a little weight. Well that’s my story. I could really use your help. I will answer any questions you have at the moment, but as you can guess I am busy, so if they are specific to the case hold them for Officer Holloway, he is in charge of the case and knows lots more than I do.”</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
