City of Sin (Sin City)??

Savage Species has a chapter on campaigns. One section deals with "evil" campaigns, and mentions (along with Book of Vile Darkness) a product called City of Sin (or Sin City, don't have the book with me). Anyone know what this is? Is it even a D&D product?

It's City of Sin and I did a search on .Alliance Game Distributor's website and only came up with a Scarred Lands Shelzar City of Sins. Perhaps this the one listed in Savage Species is a follow up product to the BoVD.

Or (and this is just a crazy thought by me) since S&SS is helping out WotC with Warcraft, they were nice enough to pimp Shelzar for S&SS.

Another idea might be it's a d20 modern book, Eric.

(I like the former idea better) Btw does it show a cover for the book? If so describe it.

Well, there's the Sin City comic that Frank Miller occasionally puts out. Of course, it's modern-day-hard-boiled-tough-guys-and-knockout-dames rather than fantasy, so that's probably not it. On the other hand, it WOULD be a pretty kickass setting for d20 Modern...
