City Quarters Status (Game Mechanics/Green Ronin)

Does anyone know what the Status of the City Quarter's Series Put out by the Game Mechanics & Published (paper) by Green Ronin is?

I have Thieve's Quarter ("5 of 5 Stars by Eric Noah", right there on the Back Cover)

As well as the Second in the Series "Temple Quarter".

Both detaila section of the Fictional City of Liberty, Which I'm figuring out where to put into my Campaign World RIght Now.

It seems The Game Mechanics has a Page up for the next instalment "Arcane Quarter", PDF Version, but no release date set.

Does anyone know if this series is still going forward?

1. As PDF.

2. As Print.

I really liked the first two (and now that I'm able to purchase a Student Copy of AutoCAD, I'm seriously updated my Campaign World Map).
