Clark Peterson of Necromancer Games: BACK IN ACTION?

I'll be interested to see what he comes up with, regardless.
Me too. I really appreciate Clark's work; he has a pattern of creating and/or publishing fun old-school-style adventures that mesh well with what I love in the game. I'm running 4e, but I'll be getting his work and mining it for inspiration. I've found that converting stuff on the fly is pretty easy for me.

Yeah, Necromancer's 1E feel -- assuming that's what he still wants to go with -- was second to none. Better, even, than Goodman Games' riff on the same, IMO, although I found Goodman's modules to be more pick-up-and-play accessible.

I agree. The GG modules were easy to run in a pinch without much prep, but the really good Necro modules required some reading. They tended to be more sandboxy and as a result, needed to familiarity. They were my favorite 3.x 3PP.

This also is a heads up for those who didn't know about the other half of Necro, Bill Webb, who went on to do subscription adventures with Frog God Games.

Not only subscription stuff. That's only for the Slumbering Tsar print edition special offer afaik, and you can buy those regularly too...

He's doing plenty of regular pdfs and print publications and not only for Pathfinder.
