Classes and PRCs with all good saves

I am curious about making a character (which may end up as an NPC) with all good saves, evasion (probably from Monk levels), and mettle (probably from Templar levels). Let's say the character will be 10th level or so, using 32 point buy system with average equipment for that level (including, of course, equipment that lends a bonus to saves). Race might be halfling, for the bonus to saves as well.

What classes (regular or prestige) are out there with all good saves?

I know Monk and Favored soul, so far.

Anybody know of any others? For now, any 3rd party or official source will do.

Oh, I forgot to mention that the Divine Grace paladin ability would also be useful. Anyone know of other classes/PRCs (other than Paladin) that have this ability?

I forget the name, but there's a Lawful Neutral Paladin-like prestige class in CD.

At least there was the Disciple of Dispater IIRC in BoVD, and perhaps other PrCls in the same book. Probably some as well in BoED?

Blackguard adds cha bonus to saves, hexblade from complete warrior has mettle and adds cha bonus to saves against spells and spell-like effects.

LN or LE Hexblade 3/Monk 7 perhaps ?

"Dragonmark Heir" and "Heir of Syberis" from EbCS - although those might not be an option, as they are setting-specific,

"Pious Templar " (CD) gives you Mettle as well, "Kensai" from CW has a nifty ability that lets you replace Ref Saves with a (far easier) concentration check and has two strong saves (Will + Fort) to boot.

Infernal Witch (Green Ronon' "Witches Handbook" ) has the "Cha-Bonus" to all saves ability as well, through from a different source.

"Luck of Heroes" Feat from PGoFR might be an option - +1 to all saves and +1 AC to boot. Lets you avoid going halfling.

Hmm how about a Monk/Favored Soul/Paladin who goes to Pious Templar and Gets "Force of Personality"

Holy Liberator, CD gets Divine Grace at 4th level.

Excellent advice guys, thanks. So Holy Liberator and Blackguard get the Divine Grace. And this Witch's handbook sounds good...

So what is PGoFR and EbCS? Is that Player's Guide to Forgotten Realms and Ebberon Campaign Setting?
