Basically is a crit fishing build due to multiple attacks. Level 5 action surge throw 5 daggers.3. Ranger (Tempest). The Tempest ranger is found in EN5ider. Its similar to a hunter Ranger but you get a situational extra attack if you hit your opponent multiple times. Duel wielder of course perhaps multiclassing fighter1/Ranger XYZ. 4. Half Orc Shield Master Fighter. Unearthed Arcana racial feats, expertise on athletics checks. 5. Wizard (Transmuter) There are some interesting things you can turn into now in the Tome of Beasts/Volos guide, and you can get proficiency in con saves as part of your specialisation.</blockquote>
