[QUOTE="Mithreander, post: 1248290, member: 13791"] Welcome to Classic 3.0! This adventure was started on August 23rd of this year and has some tribulations, but the one remaining player (and myself, the replacement DM) are trying to keep it alive. Please help and join us! We are trying to keep the group small so that there is a better relationship between it's members, and quicker resolutions to conflics. This is a classic Greyhawk adventure with orc bashing and dungeon crawling (though none of that has occured yet). Here are the character creation rules: -phb races only -1st lvl -phb classes for first lvl -nothing different from core rulebooks -32 pt character -default gold There is our 2nd level Paladin in the group of one right now to help you in your endeavors. The reason that I'm starting you out at 1st is that he's earned that 2nd level through perserverance, and think that giving him that small advantage is not going to hurt in the long run (especially since the you'll be catching up soon enough). The history of this adventure to this point is simple. The characters started in a small town, looking for a job/adventure/trouble, when an injored man on horse back gallopes into town proclaiming that orcs had attacked his town, and then died in the arms of the towns people. Our heros took up the quest to find out what's happening, and stop the threat if possible. On the way to the next town, they were ambushed by orcs and surviving that attack with only two of the 4 original members intact (one character dropped out and I killed mine so that I could DM the thread when the original DM disappeared), the companions found a trail and followed it to the orcs camp, where, after a struggle, defeated them and recaptured their booty and a captive that the orcs had bound in a sack. She was but a girl, but in such clothing that it was odvious that she was of some importance. Bringing the girl back to the town they had come from originally, and meeting with the mayer, they found out that the girl was none other then Princess Jackleen the direct heir to the throne of Galadin, the land to the north that has been at peace with this land for over 200 years. The second to last character dropped from the game at this point. At this point the party has to make a choice whether they want to continue against the orcs or escort the Princess back to her homeland. Please come join us on this quest so that the orc hoard does not succeed in whatever diabolical plans they have put into motion!
