Alright, Kirinke, thanks for making those changes. Being the 'almighty' DM, I'll take your request into concideration. But for now, there are a few things that I need to point out:

The 3.5 ranger is VERY different from the 3.0 ranger. Follow THIS link to the SRD (System Reference Document) that holds all of the rules we'll be using in this adventure. Once to that page, follow the link to Basic Character Classes II (Paladin through Multiclassed Characters) and scroll down to Ranger. As you'll read, Rangers have the virtual feats of Ambidexterity (which has been taken out of 3.5) and two-weapon fighting style. With this in mind, you actually (as long as you are wearing light armor, which Studded leather is) have a fre feat to pick.
Rangers start with a D10 Hit Die, so your Hitpoints will actually be 10
You still have 2 atribute points too many. 18 Str is 16 pts, 15 Dev is 8 pts, 12 Con is 4 pts and 10's in everything else is 6 more points. 16+8+4+6=34. If you lower your dex by one point, you'll have the 32 pt character, and game play wise there would be no difference at this level (the bonus for a 16 is the same as a 17).
Now that you have lowered your intelegence and have an Int bonus of +0, you only have access to 16 points worth of skills (4(4+0)=16) instead of the 28.
Your Saves have also been effected by your change in stats. They should now be Fort +2 Reflex +3 Will +0.
Your armor class should be AC: 16 Touch: 13 Flatfooted: 13
Wild Empathy is a class feature in 3.5, but not 3.0 (As you probably have noticed from the SRD).
WIth your lowered Intellegence, you only get your base languages of Common and Elven, the others will need to go.
This is just a heads up (I'm not sure if you know this or not, and thought I would tell you straight up front so you're not discouraged later), but Weilding two weapons normally penalizes you -6 with your primary hand and -10 to your secondary hand. With Two -Weapon Fighting feat the penalties are lowered to -4 with your Primary hand and -8 with your secondary hand. With Ambidexterity it lowers the penalty to -4 to your primary weapon and -4 to your secondary weapon. This is were you are right now, so with your Strength of 18 and BAB of +1, you would get a +1 to hit with both of your weapons (+4 (Str) +1 (BAB) -4 (Two-Weapon penalty) = +1). There are two ways of lowering, increasing this. Is your secondary weapon is a light weapon (see equipment link in SRD), then the penalty will be lowered to -2 for you primary weapon and -2 for your secondary weapon. You also have that on feat available to you. If you like the idea of fighting with two same length mediam blades, then take Weapon Focus (Scimitar). That will give you +1 to hit with Simitars raising your to hit to +2 for both of your weapons.
You have 15 gold and 4 Silver left after your equipment (good job!)
I know that I've hit you with a lot right now, and I'm sorry. I hope this does not discourages you from playing. Thanks, Mythe
