Cleric Feat for your review

I intend upon writing up a number of Channel Divinity feats for the deities in my world, and I'd like feedback on them. Here's the first, which is rather a simple one. I wanted a feat that didn't necessarily have an obvious combat effect, as befitting the saint of knowledge and learning. Too weak? Too powerful? Let me know. :)

Channel Divinity: St. Acacius’ Insight (Feat Power)
St. Acacius, patron saint of knowledge and lore, grants you a glimpse into the nature of your enemy.
Encounter * Divine
Move Action * Personal
Effect: You are temporarily granted a +10 feat bonus to any Knowledge roll used to determine information on a particular monster. This includes keywords, powers, resistances, and vulnerabilities (see PH, 180).

Make it a minor action and reduce the bonus to +5, in my opinion. Oh, and make it "the next knowledge skill roll you make until the end of your next turn" or something like that, because otherwise you can make a roll for each skill with the same bonus and that might be a bit too much. Knowledge skill rolls are free actions, if I'm not mistaken.

I don't think powers that are supposed to be used with Channel Divinity can be dailies, but I could be wrong. It would open up for more interesting god feats if it was true, that's for sure.

Correct. The feats along this ilk relate to the "power" in question - Channel Divinity, which is cleric Class Feature encounter power. The feats simply grant different effects for the power than the core class' two basics - Divine Fortune and Turn Undead.

I think it could be useful, although a minor action is fine. It's not like the spell is giving away any game breaking information.

I made a similar utility power for wizards, clerics and warlocks that reveals info on a target's defenses in addition to allowing monster knowledge checks. You can check it out if you're interested.

-----------------------------------------------------
Libra, Level 2 Utility
Asking the cosmos for guidance, you attempt to learn more about your foe, identifying its weaknesses and learning other pieces of trivial information.
Encounter - Standard action, Implement
Range 20 squares
Target: one creature
Attack: Int or Wis vs. Special (you hit if your attack would hit against the targets fort, ref or will defense).
Hit: You become aware of which of your target's defenses is the lowest, out of fortitude, reflex, and will. If more than one defense is tied for lowest, you become aware of each.
Sustain minor: If the monster is within range you may make a monster knowledge check against it (p.180, players handbook). Use the arcana skill for this check if Libra is based on Intelligence and the religion skill if it is based on Wisdom. Add +5 to this check if you hit with the spell's initial attack. You may retry each time you sustain the spell.
Special: When you choose this power you decide whether to base the attack off of Intelligence or Wisdom, this decision is permanent. It also affects the skill you use for monster knowledge checks.
