So from that point on,</p><p>you'll have a massive encounter power (4 attacks!), critting on 19-20 rolls, and rolling twice for each</p><p>attack. Combine with an Action Point for even more mayhem, plus your Twin-Strike at-wills, and you</p><p>should be able to do pretty good spike damage.
