Cleric or druid ?

Hi,

I want to play a plaguebringer. Thematically, the Talontar Blightlord prestige class (from UNA) interest me. What class (cleric or druid) is more suited?

Plaguebearing druids just seem wrong to me.

Druids have the Blighter PrC in Complete Divine.

Perhaps take a look at that, too. That PrC also has plague options (Contagious touch at 5th, and plague at 10th).

Otherwise, I would agree with going cleric.

Plagues are nature's tools for thinning the herd and removing the weak. Even humans must have the weak culled from time to time, lest the entire species perish.
