The Quintessential Rogue 2 has a sample write up progression for a cleric/rogue, displaying strengths and weaknesses. It gives some cool variant rules like "Walks Darker Path", "Divine Trickster", and "The Streets Are My Temple" (as feats). These allow rogue skills to be cleric class skills, access to the Trickery domain and the ability to consecrate/desecrate anywhere. It depends your race as well. If you are playing an elf, I'd recommend taking the "Memory of Lives Past" feat which allows an additional favored class. Then you could take your priest levels up as high as you wanted. Combine this feat with "Free" (background feat). This feat allows you to choose four skills as class skills. You could pick your rogue stealth skills and advance them as you gain cleric levels. I'm not sure the personality of your character, but PrC classes such as the Connection, the Herald, and the Skald all provide the stealth type rogue skills and each level advances your cleric spell power (Ultimate PrC vol 1). Good luck.
