Here's another baby I wrote for 17 Magic Cloaks. I still need to clean it up, but you get the idea. Cloak of Goo This Cloak feels very sticky to the touch, but does not hinder the wearer in anyway. As a full round action, the wearer may transform part of this Cloak into a goo like substance, which causes it fall to the ground. Once on the ground, the goo will begin to grow and the wearer can direct it to form a wall (or bridge). Once it forms into a wall, it hardens and becomes solid – it may have a maximum size of 1 inch thickness, 10 feet of width, and 30 feet of length. As a bridge it can hold up to 2,000 lbs of total weight at one time. Each 5-foot square has 10 hit points per inch of thickness and hardness 5. A section of the wall whose hit points drop to 0 is breached. If a creature tries to break through the wall, the DC for the Strength check is 15 + 2 per inch of thickness. Spells, powers, and breath weapons cannot pass through the wall in either direction (though they could damage it). It blocks ethereal creatures as well as material creatures (though ethereal creatures can usually get around the wall by floating under or over it through material floors and ceilings). The wall is opaque, so neither vision nor gaze attacks operate through it, but the Cloak’s wearer will be able to see through it as if it were not there (but he cannot cast spells through it or use gaze attacks through it). The wall is continuous and unbroken when first formed. After 1 day the Cloak will regenerate itself and grow back to it’s original form, and the previously made wall will turn into goo and evaporate. The wall cannot be formed through living being – if a living creature is in the way, it will simply form around it and not trap the creature in any way. This will cause a hole to appear in the wall where the creature was located.
