He spent most of his time thinking up practical jokes, though he filched and conned every now and again to stay fed.</p><p></p><p>Terrance arrived at Karin-Kurr in the evening on the second day after the house appeared. He got a room at the local inn. Terrance woke up the next morning depressed and in a bad mood, his dreams troubled by a strange man in black. He tried to put the bad feelings behind him, and begin his joke spree, yet there was one problem. For the first time in his entire life, his mind was completely empty. Absolutely no pranks came to his mind. Every time he tried to think of something funny, his mind came back to the man in black. Terrance heard about the troubles of the villagers, and formed his conclusion. The stupid man in black had stolen his sense of humor. When Terrance heard that the villagers were planning on sending a group to explore the house, he volunteered to join the party. The man in black would pay!</p></blockquote><p></p>
