Clearly, he just realized the murderer is…A FELLOW CLOWN!

Of course the clues were there- glitter everywhere, making evidence gathering difficult; bloody US size 37 shoe prints; the “BANG!” flags sticking out of the victim’s chest.

…then he noticed the flags were of different sizes, indicating different calibers of clown guns had been used. Did that mean multiple assailants?
