If someone loses Sanity b/c they witnessed a murder, and yest its not 1/2 their wisdom or 20% sanity, how long does it last and how do you describe it?

Such a relatively small amount of loss is best described as very revolting. They have a hard time keeping their stomach from vomiting, but they do manage it.

Shock and "gross-out" are descriptions to small sanity loss.
