Okay, so I want to start giving him scrolls as early as the first adventure even though they won't be able to use them yet, but it makes it more probable for later. Now, here is my problem. I don't see the Karotechia researching magic missile scrolls, but I see them more ray of fatigue, wierd devil pact for super aryan race stuff... so I thought of cthulhu. I flipped through the book and saw some spells that I really liked and would put in the game, even though some are very powerful (like unspoken oath I think it is). I was wondering if anyone had assigned "spell levels" to the Cthulu spells? Do you think it is a good idea to incorporate CoC spells into d20 Modern?
