Cold like templates and Ice Paraelementals

Thanks to the $.99 Chainmail miniature sale I now own a really cool ice paraelemental miniature.

Are there stats for this guy in any books?

Also, I plan to use the elemental as a barge for goblins. Looks just like an iceberg but as it gets closer the goblins start jumping onto the deck of a ship. Kinda like Ice pirate goblins.

Ahywho, what temptates are around that I could add to goblins to make them "colder"? There is a cold template in Manual of the Palnes right? Are there any other published out there? ANy ideas? Thanks.

The Ice paraelemental is also in the Manual of the Planes (they were also printed in an older Dungeon mag).

Apart from the cold element creature template, i cannot think of any cold based template, though I think there are more.
