The weather changes depending on his mood, meaning that it is generally stormy - his attempts to be recognised as his own power and not be looked down upon by the Aelfkin fail constantly. He has taken to stealing Jacks from ship-crews, influencing them through dreams and his power over the weather. His home, the aforementioned fortress, shifts in form frequently as mortal dreams affect it, but it is always in a state of stormwracked disrepair.</blockquote>
