I remember these times very well and I think back then all were very happy that the mags were going to be continued. When such a take-over occur there are always rough times. Accepted. Problems started after I renew my subscription at Paizo for another three years. First, Paizos customer service solved this problems prompt & directly by sending out the mssing magazines directly. If you have a look at the thread I mentioned (boards seem to be up again now), you will see that I initially was even prasing Paizos cust serv for being so helpful. Things changed dramatically from end of October on, IIRC. Paizo starts to point customers with missing issues to their European distributor and stopped sending out mags directly. This became even worse in December (I am NOT talking about hte xmas break) when they stopped replying at all to emails. The only sign that soomething was going on, was a thread started by Vic Wertz, pointing at a status page of the European distributor. Well, now you could be sure that you should have received a lot of mags by now. But this did not changed the status of HAVING NO MAGAZINES! Indeed! An email to their contact address yielded a reply with promise to send out my missing mags immediately. Paolo, Jason, Demonix and all the other folks without mags: Give this email address try:labear@theplaceforgames.com. Her name is Lorraine. Good luck! But this should not discourage other folks who are experience delivery problems to contribute to our list. Just in case...
