Combat Exp., Fighting Defensively, and Elaborate Parry

Do all three of these things stack?

So, if I'm a 7th level duelist, I could take -9 to attack (-5 CE, -4 FD), for a +14 (+5 CE, +2 FD, +7 EP) to my AC?

Also, are there any other feats/whatnot that fit into the theme of a defensively-oriented Swashbuckler? I'm considering Improved Combat Expertise, Elusive Target, and Defensive Strike from CW.

Thanks,
Calypso

EDIT: Also, does the +4 bonus to attack from Defensive Strike apply to only 1 attack, or all your attacks for that round?

It would be +15 because a duelist has 5 ranks in Tumble, which gives you a +3 bonus for fighting defensively.

Just hope that nobody tries to disarm or sunder your weapon while using this maneuver, since you're taking a -9 to your normal opposed attack roll.
