Does anyone have a good sheet for tracking combat actions? Encounter cards work well to give you a nice quick reference for npc stats, but I'm looking for a way to record the action.
Ideally I could use something to see all the pc's and npc's on one sheet for initiative and condition effects that are on each player/npc. I've searched around on the forums and the internet and haven't found anything like this. How do other folks keep track of this information?
