Combining Familiar and Animal Companion

Are there any feats or abilities that let you combine the two, making your Familiar your animal companion, and vice versa?

Arcane Stupidit- I mean Heirophant. Races of the Wild (p. 109)

Sort of like Mystic Theurge+
Medium Base Attack, Good Will Save, d6 HD, 4 + Int skills (including Spot, Listen - ya Listening Lorecall - and Diplomacy)

You get a Companion Familiar. It's pretty ridiculous. I recommend you check it out.

Ok, I can't find it in any of the 4 complete books, and certaintly not on page 109 (That's usually a completely differetn section). You sure you have the source right?
