[community] Scrollworks to Live Again!

Christian Walker

First Post
After a bit of a break, Scrollworks will resume publication in early May with issue 29. I'm not sure I can swing the color covers, but the zine will live again. During the break I worked on a side effort called Iron Rations. I think I'll incorporate some of that material into the coming issues of S'works.

Folks who made donations to Iron Rations will receive a few comp issues, and I'll try to get some issues to former subscribers to let you know I still care!

This time around I am going to work hard to control costs by not getting so far ahead of myself in the freelance fee department. ;) I still have to square up with a few folks...

Please visit http://www.scrollworkspress.com/

Take care,
Christian Walker

Thanks for the kind words, fellas. The day after I re-launched the site my wife let me know that we would be releasing Baby Walker 2.0 in late November. A new baby and a fresh start for Scrollworks. Not bad, I guess!

I'll be firing off copies of Scrollworks to Iron Rations recipients, although S'works 29 will be a sort of "Best of IR" issue because I'll be taking IR.com off line.

Talk to you soon,
Christian

You cannot understand my happiness when i realized i had misread your post and my brain finally kicked in with what you really typed.

My poor mind had parsed "The day after I re-launched the site my wife let me know" as

"The day after I re-launched the site my wife left me, now..."

I'm so glad I'm so wrong. :)

Congrats on both sides of the equation!
