Community support status?

Hi there,

I just need to know what needs to be done to get the community supporter status I have bought to show on my user?

I have sent a couple of emails over the last week or two to the email listed on the page but not got any reply yet. I primarily bought it for the search features, though I am quite pleased to be supporting such a good site as well.

That field becomes active after Morrus processes you. It can be found as a field under My Account-Profile..Custom Title.

Thanks, it was more the fact I hadn't been processed that was causing the problem, but happily I have since been processed and all is working fine now
