Community Supporter/Search Issue

Before the crash, I was a community supporter, and I could use search. Now, I can't search - and I don't know if my community supporter status is good or not. Can someone please let me know? Does search even work any more?

I waited for all the community supporters to be added, in case that would resolve things - it hasn't.

Can any one help?
