Compendium Update?

I read a quote from a WOTC guy that said it had been delayed by 2 weeks to the 21st. No idea where now.
Hopefully it will incorporate the essentials stuff straight off & that's why its later.

Ups I read Contend instead of Compendium. Forget my first Post 
The Updates are usually at the first Tuesday of the Month which should be tomorrow, but they said that the Monster Builder updates from August and September will be a bit later than usual (the 21st) because of the work that the stat-block changes caused. I didn't see anything about the Characterbuilder and Compendium Updates and last month they came at the first Tuesday as the should, so there is still hope for tomorrow.
By the way, I really miss the old update-circle where the updates where only one week after the books where out and the Magazine Stuff was only half a month behind. Now I cannot really enjoy the new books because I know that I cannot use them for nearly a month.

WotC said that the updates are being delayed for Essentials plus Essentials related rules updates/errata. We will also still be getting our regular October rules updates.

I was hoping they would have Dark Sun material being added this update because I am starting a new campaign next weekend. I can wait on Essentials, but my group have roughly created their Dark Sun characters and I would hate to have to tweak with the Compendium to get things right, and then untweak it when they are officially added.
But thats just my personal story, so if it comes out in time, it would be great. If not, I'll just tweak it.
