Complete Arcane legal in Living Grewhawk?

I am looking to get Complete Arcane but I know that it took awhile before Complete Divine legal. Can I use spells and prestige classes in Complete Arcane yet?

The answers are all in the LGCS. (Try [link]www.theocracyofthepale.com[/link] if you don't know where to find it).

As I understand it, the answer is as follows:
there are two classes of Complete Arcane Items:

1. Reprints of old material (mostly Tome and Blood). This not only immediately becomes legal, but immediately supercedes the previous material. If this would require changes to keep your character legal, you are allowed to make the minimum possible changes to keep your character as close to the same as possible. If that's a problem (for instance, if the feat doesn't do what it used to do), talk to your triad.

2. New material: None of this is legal until the new LGCS comes out (supposedly early next year). At that time, it's likely that most of the prestige classes, spells, and items will be allowed, but there are no guarantees about any particular part of it.

Not yet. The LGCS is supposed to be updated in March to include the Complete Divine and probably Complete Adventurer.
