From Malhavoc Press' website -- "This book compiles all the rules and source material previously published as one of the three previous Eldritch Might volumes..." "...All the rules material has been updated to v. 3.5 of the d20 System".  The only mention of new material is for the information on integrating it into AU.   Monte at no time has lead people to believe that the book is other than what it is, a compilation of the three seperate books. Personally, I kept with the PDF versions, my upgrade costs were of course low ($9).  Should Malhavoc Press released the '3.5 upgrades' for free? *shrugs* It would have been nice, but I understand that he still has to make money, that any time he spends on 'upgrading' takes him away from doing something else that will actually be lucrative, or interesting.  It's not as if the original works were broken or anything.all that said, I too hate spending money on something and have it not what I thought it would be.
