Normally, I wouldn't post something like this here. Given that this MIGHT be as big as the Nixon tapes, or possibly even bigger, I figured that I'd better daylight it over here. I'm not going to argue about the merits of this one way or another, and if the admins want to lock this thread, go ahead with my full blessing. There are better places to argue about stuff like this.

That's a link to a video of FBI Agent Robert Wright detailing how the current administration hindered investigation of Osama Bin Laden's activities PRIOR to 9/11/01, as well as playing CYA after 9/11/01. He also accuses the Clinton administration of being lax, and Congress of being the opposite of Progress.

Wow.

He also indicates that the FBI was, and still is, attempting to prevent him from speaking about his information to anybody.

my first question with people like these is: Are they selling a book? if the answer is yes, i immediately discount some (not all) of what they say.

Funny you should mention that...

The agent DID write a book, and the FBI won't allow him to publish it.

It's also not just him - there are two other agents in on this, who aren't pushing books of their own.

Howdy Daniel! Care to pick a number of replies it will gather prior to detonation (including any reply made by a moderator)? My money is on "8"... :D

Well, I've worked for several government agencies that deal with classified material and higher (Nasa and DoD contractors), anyway... the letter that the FBI gave this guy is pretty standard and I didn't hear anything that was unusual. It's called "Classified" for a reason.
