Complied rules for flying characters

I have allowed one of my players to use a character with flight ability. It has its challanges and has required on the spot modification of some encounters and situations but in general its been fun. I got tired of searching for rules related to flight which are scattered through out the rule books so I compiled this list of rules. Most are based on the SRD, encumbrance and combat are not really discussed and the concensess from several forums on the subject is that what does exist is contradictory and vague, so those rules were created by based loosely on ground movement and combat.

I've attached it as a word document as it is several pages. Take a gander and let me know what you think. If you have any ideas for new flight based feats and skills let me know.

These rules assume natural flight ability. I hope add another section on magical flight soon.
