Computer desktop or tablet GM screens?

I was looking for a GM "screen" for my laptop.
Something that provides easy access tables and maybe a dice roller.
Any apps like that out there? Or has anyone put together a Onenote notebook that does it?

Easiest way I can think of is to make your own in word (or your favorite word processor): use portrait mode, export to PDF, and use Acrobat Reader in full screen mode. If you're particularly slick, add a die-roller as a form with javascript.
