D&D 5E Confused GM Crib Sheet

Hi all,

I've been getting a bit confused recently remembering how things like opportunity attacks and shooting into melee work in the different D&D editions. I'm currently playing Pathfinder on Monday nights, finishing up my long-running 4e Parsantium campaign and DMing two groups through Lost Mine of Phandelver. I also plan to run some more 13th Age again soon. No wonder I'm getting things muddled up!

To try and dispel some of this confusion I made this little crib sheet. It's not intended to be comprehensive but does cover some of the things that are similar but slightly different from edition to edition. Hope some of you find it useful too.

Feedback and suggestions welcome!

Cheers

Might want to list the actions for 5E in the manner which they are set up:

Move + 1 action + 1 reaction, plus no more than 1 each of Additional Action, Bonus Action, Bonus Reaction, Legendary Action, Lair Action.

The only thing that I can think of that would get all of them would be a modified dragon with class levels... (specifically fighter or monk)
