This is explicitly laid out in the PHB on page 202 under Bonus Action casting.This means that during that same turn, you can not use a reaction to cast something. You can use your reaction on other's turns even if you bonus action spelled, just not on your own turn.Now, there are two ways to cast three spells in a turn. Both involve Fighter's Action Surge. You can cast a spell, action surge, cast a spell, and cast a reaction spell (if it's triggered, like counterspell or shield against an OA while moving).
