Construct Gods

Do you mean a Construct, like a golem or something, that became a God?

Or a God of Constructs?

Either of which would be cool.

Is there a god of constructs?

In Eberron, which is naturally construct-heavy, there's a cult of warforged, called the Godforged, who are rumored to be building a god out in the Mournlands.

In the Forgotten Realms, Gond is the god of artifice, and his most talented follower build themselves Gondsmen, constructed humanoid assistants.

Demiurge out.

There are a few deities who are Constructs out there, but you have to look quite hard to find them.

Nalthalos, a deity from the Scarred Lands setting (see The Divine and the Defeated), is a deity who was dying, and his worshippers moved his essence into a goem body.

The Milmang (from Quirin Mythology #1: A Handful of Epic Creatures[/I] is a construct-deity that guards an ancient doorway. At divine rank 0, it's only barely a deity at all.

Urbanus (from Races of Destiny) might be considered a Construct god, but it's hard to say. As the god of cities and buildings, he always appears to be made of bricks, stone, etc.

The Gearlord (from Steam & Steel) is another deity that might be a Construct. He's said to be "represented by a mesh of interlocking cogs and gears".

The only thing that springs to my mind is Karn, the Silver Golem from Magic. He because a planeswalker, which is as close as one can get to godhood in Magic (many worshipped gods, for example Serra, are actually planeswalkers).

Also, some warforged consider the Lord of Blades to be a god.
