Converted Adventures

Ok... This has probably been discussed to death, but since I can't search the board I'm putting it back up.

I know that WOTC has updated their conversion policy and that is why ENWorld took down their converted adventures.

My question is, then, is WOTC releasing any converted adventures? It seems all WOTC does now is release rulebooks and let all other companies release adventures. And since the conversion license has changed, will WOTC pick up the mantle and start putting them out on their own?

There are some really great 2nd ed adventures (Night Below being one) that I would like to run, but don't have time to convert.

There was some talk of Wizards converting old 2E classics from Dungeon Magazine into 3E...

Personal opinnion: I think that wizards does want to convert old classic adventures into 3E...

I really hope they do...

There were going to, apparently. A while back someone asked on these boards when it would happen. The response was that they still planned to do it, but needed to wait until some manpower was freed up for it (or something like that). With the current cuts, my guess is it's dead in the water.

Well there hasnt been any new 'FREE' Adventures posted on the Wizards site for awhile...

Maybe they are working on getting a few 3E Dungeon Adventures and maybe a conversion or two of the old 1E classics to put up for free on the website as a big new promotion

One can only hope and dream

What would be everyones pic for an official 3E conversion
of anything from the old 1E days (or 2E if so inclined)...

I think a conversion of A1-4 would be definatly cool...
Somewhere to head of after Monte's Elemental Evil (If the PC's survive that, that is)
