The last place we saw her was the coverage she got in Dragon #298 (the author erroneously claimed she was new to that issue). She's a Hero Goddess according to that, which matches (IIRC) with what's presented in Monster Mythology. However, also IIRC, Demihuman Deities's entry for Lolth says that Lolth either slew her, or created the persona altogether, as some sort of experiment with gaining new worshippers among the drow (the former seems more true, due to circumstantial evidence such as Lolth's entry <a href="http://wizards.com/default.asp?x=books/fr/deitytrouble" target="_blank">on this list</a>). The problem is that this leaves us with the question of wondering if that's true for just Realmspace, or true for everywhere Zinzerena is worshipped (assuming she was a real being). I think the article in Dragon #298 proves she's still around on other worlds (since that article is for Greyhawk), but the cosmological paradigm is different in 3E, so it's harder to say.I knew I hadn't seen them before!Oh, this was already done in 3E (but not 3.5E, not that it makes any real difference) but the new drow demigod Keptolo was introduced in that same article in Dragon #298.</blockquote>
